Here's the way the Armies are set up. There will be a RvB war just for simulation reasons but the sides are actually allies because they have the same Command.
Chain of Power:
Overlord--->Command--->Teams and People working for command (Freelancers, Recon, ODST, Recovery)--->Red and Blue teams.
There are ranks throughout the system, and special requirements for the special Command teams (Will be listed soon).

There are not Teams in the Command squads. Only the RvB war simulation will have that.
