Hey I mainly made this site to occupy my boring, spare time, but feel free to register and post anything. It was made for Shivering Isles/Oblivion, but I added a Halo section. Its almost done. If any people are interested in being a moderator or something, PM me. You will be selected over outsiders.

Dude, I gave you Admin rights now, so please, feel free to use it, if yu have any ideas on contests or anything, please feel free to make it happen! You can use the Portal to your liking, just don't change too much, make your own custom blocks and us those, do not edit the current ones. Also, feel free to use pics you make in Photoshop.
