Heh. They said I stole copyrighted material. I simply did Copy, Paste, and uploaded it to photobucket, so I could not have gotten rid of any Copyright symbol like they think I did. The only way I could do that is with photoshop, which I have no fucking clue how to use.
I was GOING to remove the image because of all the damn chaos over it, but NO. Insta-Ban!
He claimed that his "Sponsor", which was a fake one, told him to put it there and that in the comment it has the copyright thing. Which it did not.
I know I won't get sued at all. No fines can be pressed on me for using un-copyrighted material. Hell, millions of people get pics off google, though they may be "Copyrighted", and put them in their sigs without any penalties of law. People pirate films, music, pictures and nobody gets fined. Limewire is LEGAL otherwise the government would have sued the company and deleted it and fined everyone that had it.
So screw that. I know, for a fact, under federal law that you must pay at least 10 dollars to the government to get a picture or book copyrighted, and you need to go through paperwork. I have had a story copyrighted before.

And they say I don't know what I'm talking about.
Hell, I could put the copyright symbol on here myself and call it copyrighted and real and legal, and get away with it. But without the paperwork done, I cannot back it up, and I can get sued for pressing false charges.

Yeah, I hate him too man. We actually have a Copyright made by me. Not that it is a REAL Copyright, it just means if you try to steal anything I will personally KICK YOUR @$$!

He has not copyrighted anything and I know it. He has no sponsors because nobody wants to sponsor a clan that small.

He even said he personally doesn't like you, he probably would have banned you without a reason.

Also, I have used codes from Youtube, Bungie, Vidiac, and various other sites but nobody is going to sue anyone for any ridiculous reason like that! Like I said, I am done with everyone who supports the ban against you man. I still like Stewie and everything, but I am done with the others.
