New Ranking System.

Well first of all, I have greatly expanded the regular ranking system to go all the way up to 3000 posts, so that should make things a bit more interesting.
As for the Staff ranks, I got rid of the Webmaster and Headmaster ranks because I really don't know the difference because they are both Admins anyways, so I replaced Webmaster, Headmaster, and Founder with Admin, all regular Admins have the yellow-helmet rank emblem and the Founding Admin has the red-helmet rank pic. Also added is the Graphix rank for those who got upgraded to staff for good artwork.

Headmaster is the head of the Moderators.
Webmaster is the head of the Admins.
Founder is the head of them all.

Ok, I changed back the staff ranks, but the regular ranks are still up to 3000
